Sonablock by Stiga RM wood wool acoustic panels are made from 100% high-quality spruce wood grown in Latvia, sourced from sustainably managed PEFC or FSC certified forests.
By combining fine spruce wood fibers with Portland cement, a durable and long-lasting material is created, blending refined design with excellent acoustic performance. This solution provides high fire resistance and outstanding mechanical durability for a wide range of projects.
The panels are manufactured in accordance with EN 13168 and EN 13964 standards. They are designed for ceiling and wall applications in both indoor spaces and covered outdoor areas where direct exposure to precipitation is not permitted.

Wood fiber type
Sonablock by Stiga RM acoustic panels are manufactured from high-quality mineralized spruce wood fibers, bonded with either white or grey Portland cement. Depending on design preferences and acoustic requirements, we offer three different wood fiber structures.
Colours
Our acoustic panels are available in five carefully selected standard colors — white, natural, light grey, dark grey, and black. Upon request, panels can also be customized in any RAL or NCS color, allowing full flexibility for individual design requirements.

Installation in visible T24 suspended ceiling systems — an ideal solution for offices and public spaces, providing convenient access to building services and utilities.
Direct Installation
Panels can be fixed directly to wooden battens or metal CD profiles, ensuring a stable and durable finish. They can also be installed directly onto supporting surfaces such as concrete or timber substrates using specialized anchors or screws. This solution is particularly suitable for areas with limited ceiling height, such as underground parking garages.
Fire Safety
Safety is one of our top priorities. Sonablock wood wool acoustic panels are manufactured in accordance with the highest fire safety standards (EN 13501-1), offering two performance classifications
B-s1, d0
A standard solution with high fire resistance, suitable for most public and private spaces.

A non-combustible material designed for projects with particularly demanding fire safety requirements, such as evacuation routes, stairwells, and large public assembly areas.
